Selecting a Degree Program
Before starting an online application, prospective applicants should first identify their desired program and learn about the specific deadlines and any departmental application requirements. Please see the list of graduate programs for available programs, contact information, and deadlines.
Concurrent Degree Programs
Concurrent degree programs have been established to provide an integrated curriculum of greater breadth between two disciplines. For specific information for these programs, contact the departments or schools involved. Some concurrent programs require that the program applications for each component be submitted. In order to be admitted to a concurrent degree, you must be admitted to both participating programs.
Admission to "Course Work Only (CWO)" status is reserved for participants in the University of California's Education Abroad Program (EAP). EAP applicants must fulfill Berkeley's university admissions requirements such as evidence of a basic degree, sufficient GPA, and English language proficiency. Such applicants should e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a CWO web link. After receiving the CWO link, EAP applicants can start their application for that program.
Please select the department and degree you are applying for:
IMPORTANT: Applicants may only apply to one single degree program or one concurrent degree program per admission term.
